This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Oversee and facilitate discussions on various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit, etc.)
• Interact with the community in a suitable tone—addressing inquiries and initiating more profound conversations.
• Recognize and react to chances for enhanced engagement (e.g., users seeking advice, clarification, or product details).
• Notify content teams about trending topics, frequently asked questions, or sensitive comments.
• Monitor engagement metrics and community sentiment to guide content creation and strategy.
• Keep informed on diamond and jewelry trends, as well as relevant news, to provide timely and pertinent responses.
• Demonstrated experience in managing social media or online communities—whether in-house, at an agency, or on a freelance basis.
• Excellent written communication abilities with a flexible, brand-aligned tone of voice.
• Interest in (or knowledge of) diamonds, fine jewelry, or luxury lifestyle content.
• Proficient in navigating social media platforms and tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok comments, Sprout, or similar).
• Capability to work autonomously, manage time effectively, and adhere to deadlines.
• Availability to monitor platforms and respond within pre-established time frames (some evening or weekend flexibility may be necessary).
• Experience in detailed reporting and gathering insights on project progress.
