This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, cultivate, and sustain a high-quality network of community organizations.

• Process residential mortgage loan applications and convey underwriting outcomes.

• Enhance mortgage loan volume through strategic selling techniques.

• Build partnerships with nonprofit entities, real estate agents, and housing authorities.

• Represent the bank at community gatherings and initiatives.

• Assist customers throughout the mortgage application journey.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Expanding network of external contacts.

• Self-motivated and capable of planning personal activities.

• Exceptional time management abilities.

• Proficient in PC skills, including knowledge of mortgage origination.

• Established connections with community-based organizations.
