This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Oversee and coordinate the development and support of a community for all members receiving services within the designated regions of the Trillium MCO/Local Management Entity catchment area.
• Assist in program formulation, providing consultation, managing resources, and coordinating with other services and agencies.
• Coordinate and/or support stakeholder meetings and events conducted in the community or virtually, with frequent travel required.
• Participate in partner agency staff meetings to communicate updates and changes in the Behavioral Health and I/DD system while promoting best practices as part of a Tailored Plan.
• Inform other employees and the broader community about available services, changes, funding source requirements, eligibility, and service accessibility.
• Collaborate with provider agencies and community stakeholders to advocate for a holistic approach to physical and behavioral health services and promote a person-centered planning process.
• High School Diploma/GED with six (6) years of experience working with individuals in one of the following areas: Behavioral Health/Mental Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, or Substance Use; OR
• Associate’s degree with four (4) years of experience working with individuals in one of the following areas: Behavioral Health/Mental Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, or Substance Use; OR
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with individuals in one of the following areas: Behavioral Health/Mental Health, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, or Substance Use; OR
• An equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Candidates must reside within Trillium’s Northern Region, which encompasses the following counties: Bertie, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Gates, Halifax, Hertford, Martin, Northampton, Pasquotank, Perquimans, and Warren.
• Ability to travel within the catchment area as necessary.
