This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Play a pivotal role in Mindcolor’s expansion by acting as the organization's representative within the community.
• Conduct at least 100 face-to-face meetings each month with potential referral sources.
• Regularly perform outreach by distributing branded marketing materials, ensuring a positive and enduring impression of Mindcolor’s mission.
• Identify and assess new referral opportunities, serving as the initial point of contact for prospective community partners.
• Assist in organizing and participating in community marketing events to enhance brand visibility.
• Maintain ongoing communication with potential referral sources to provide updates on center developments and intake availability.
• Keep a detailed and accurate record of referral sources and outreach activities utilizing Google Sheets or CRM software.
• Deliver regular reports to the Director of Growth and Partnerships regarding meeting targets, lead quality, and community feedback.
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team to ensure that all materials and communications reflect Mindcolor’s range of services and core values.
• Build relationships with various disciplines to promote comprehensive care for prospective clients.
• Support Center Directors in current regions with community-specific initiatives.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in healthcare sales, community outreach, or physician liaison positions (experience with ABA is an advantage).
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within Wisconsin and to other states where Mindcolor operates as required.
• Reliable transportation is necessary for daily outreach and meetings.
• Capability to sit and stand for prolonged periods, and engage in frequent movements to respond rapidly in various situations.
• Proficiency in processing complex information and maintaining professionalism at all times.
