This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate engagement, sentiment, trends, and emerging conversations within the design and make community ecosystem using AI-driven community intelligence tools like Common Room and similar platforms.

• Monitor high-priority discussions across external and owned channels including Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube, forums, and proprietary communities.

• Detect emerging themes, customer pain points, product feedback trends, advocacy opportunities, competitive signals, and reputational risks at an early stage.

• Present valuable insights and ecosystem health indicators to stakeholders through regular reporting and actionable recommendations.

• Act as a central coordination point (“air traffic controller”) for strategic community engagement across various platforms and audiences.

• Create and manage signal-to-action workflows that direct priority conversations to the relevant internal subject matter experts, Expert Elite members, advocates, moderators, or partner stakeholders.

• Identify discussions that require expert engagement and connect the appropriate internal SMEs, advocacy members, or community leaders to customer conversations promptly and credibly.

• Collaborate closely with programs such as Expert Elite and ambassadors, creators, and technical advocates to encourage genuine participation and thought leadership.

• Ensure customer inquiries, technical discussions, and emerging issues receive well-coordinated, timely, and authentic responses across channels.

• Assist in identifying potential advocates, influential contributors, upcoming creators, and emerging detractors within the ecosystem.

• Support relationship-building initiatives with trusted voices in engineering, manufacturing, and design communities.

• Enhance Autodesk’s reputation through proactive, community-focused engagement strategies.

• Contribute to scalable frameworks that promote trust, advocacy, and sustained participation within technical communities.

• Develop and maintain frameworks for monitoring sentiment, influence, engagement quality, advocacy, and community health.

• Convert ecosystem signals into actionable insights for community, product, marketing, and industry stakeholders.

• Provide regular and on-demand reports on community trends, risks, growth opportunities, and engagement performance.

• Utilize data and community intelligence to prioritize strategic interventions and engagement investments.

• Harness AI/LLM-powered workflows and tools to enhance community listening, trend detection, engagement coordination, and insight generation.

• Continuously assess emerging technologies and operational practices that can enhance the scalability and effectiveness of community engagement initiatives.

• Assist in establishing best practices for the responsible and human-centered use of AI within community management workflows.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in community management, digital engagement, community operations, social intelligence, or ecosystem coordination within technical fields such as design, engineering, SaaS, developer communities, or related areas.

• Experience in monitoring and engaging communities across platforms like Reddit, Discord, LinkedIn, YouTube, forums, and proprietary community ecosystems.

• Familiarity with community intelligence, social listening, or ecosystem analytics platforms such as Common Room, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Orbit, Khoros, or similar tools.

• Strong understanding of online community dynamics, trust-building, and advocacy development within technical or professional audiences.

• Proven capability to synthesize large amounts of community signals into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with robust cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Highly organized and operationally focused, with the capacity to manage multiple engagement streams concurrently.
