This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Community Programs and Workforce Development teams to engage communities and foster discussions focused on mental health.
• Assist in the creation and execution of programs for young and emerging professionals in mental health-related fields.
• Coordinate events, moderate virtual gatherings, communicate with speakers and clients, manage administrative tasks, and oversee email and marketing campaigns, as well as research projects.
• Provide support in exploring both traditional and nontraditional career avenues in mental health, and help advance initiatives that assist young professionals in their workplace.
• A genuine interest in mental health and promoting the voices of young adults.
• Preferred experience in event planning and coordination.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly detail-oriented and well-organized.
• Capability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• A flexible team player who is a motivated collaborator.
• An openness and eagerness to learn new tasks for special projects.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Zoom, Dropbox, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools is advantageous.
