Community Housing Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Assist members in locating and obtaining affordable housing solutions

• Link individuals and families with housing, utility, and community assistance

• Engage directly with members through in-person outreach and support

• Partner with housing authorities, community groups, and governmental bodies

• Create action plans to enable members to secure stable housing

• Take part in community events and outreach activities

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (mandatory)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Minimum of 1 year experience in community outreach or customer service

• Must live in one of the qualifying Southwest PA counties

• Willingness to travel locally (up to 75%)

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities
