This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Operate both independently and collaboratively under the guidance of managers and directors to provide high-quality financial, strategic, and functional accounting support.
• Cultivate trusted, long-lasting relationships with client leaders and key stakeholders.
• Create clear, well-supported financial analyses and recommendations for executive leadership teams and community health center Boards of Directors.
• Develop dynamic financial models that predict operational and financial outcomes in an auditable, precise, and easy-to-understand manner.
• Assist in creating detailed budgets that align with organizational priorities and comply with relevant funding requirements.
• Access, analyze, and interpret financial and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancing financial performance.
• Convert findings into actionable recommendations that enhance efficiency, manage risk, maintain compliance, reduce costs, and support the provision of high-quality healthcare services.
• Conduct and interpret data-driven analyses concerning healthcare utilization and costs, reimbursement and billing, population health and clinical outcomes, provider productivity, operational variation, and emerging strategic trends.
• Utilize structured problem-solving methods to identify root causes, assess potential solutions, and design practical interventions.
• Ensure consistency and quality across analytical methods, work products, and the presentation of client recommendations.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials that are clear, precise, thorough, and customized for the intended audience.
• Aid in developing competitive and compliant responses to grant and funding opportunities, including comprehensive and accurate grant narratives.
• Coordinate multiple complex workstreams and client deliverables with organization, efficiency, tact, and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple client engagements, typically four to eight simultaneously, while ensuring responsiveness, organization, and an exceptional client experience.
• Excel in a high-expectation consulting environment where agility, responsiveness, accuracy, and follow-through are crucial to building client trust and achieving meaningful results.
• Contribute to business development by identifying emerging client needs and sharing potential opportunities for expanded support with senior team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare finance, financial analysis, or data analytics.
• Experience in healthcare reimbursement, billing, or coding is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MPH, MHA, MBA, or other relevant graduate degree preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with the capacity to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
• Ability to articulate complex financial and operational concepts clearly, concisely, and meaningfully.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• A proactive, self-directed attitude with the capability to take initiative, resolve problems independently, and see work through to completion.
• Robust organizational and project management skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and client engagements simultaneously.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to foster trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and executive stakeholders.
• A collaborative work ethic and a willingness to assist the team wherever necessary.
• Prior experience with community health centers, nonprofit healthcare organizations, or other safety-net providers is preferred.
• A passion for enhancing community healthcare and supporting organizations that increase access to high-quality care for underserved populations.
• Flexibility to collaborate with clients and colleagues across various time zones.
