This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +22 more states.
• Take full ownership of the revenue metrics and market share status of your designated portfolio.
• Foster measurable growth in applications, funded loans, and the average loan size.
• Identify, assess, and act on performance gaps and revenue opportunities within each account.
• Analyze structural barriers to growth (e.g., product limitations, pricing issues, state restrictions, operational challenges) and escalate quantified impacts to leadership.
• Anticipate performance trends and proactively develop action plans to meet growth targets and maintain market share among assigned accounts.
• Act as the primary relationship manager and trusted advisor for assigned clients.
• Cultivate strong, credible relationships with operators and key stakeholders.
• Increase revenue through strategic account development, onboarding new locations, and enhancing product adoption.
• Lead proactive discussions about growth instead of merely reacting to support requests.
• Manage your portfolio effectively, being responsible for growth, retention, and performance of assigned accounts.
• Maintain comprehensive visibility into pipeline activity, funding trends, conversion rates, and untapped potential.
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans tailored to each partner's opportunities.
• Ensure partners are thoroughly trained and aligned with Zippy’s end-to-end process (from marketing to funding).
• Promote operational discipline to enhance pull-through rates, speed, and borrower experience.
• Collaborate across functions to resolve systemic issues and file-level obstacles affecting performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as market share, application volume, funded volume, and revenue trends.
• Maintain precise and actionable account and contact data in Salesforce.
• Utilize data to guide strategic decisions and prioritize time management.
• Represent client insights within the organization while safeguarding Zippy’s commercial interests.
• Provide structured feedback regarding product gaps, operational inefficiencies, and revenue potential.
• Influence cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives that foster portfolio growth.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of Zippy’s loan process, underwriting standards, technology, and funding requirements.
• Serve as a reliable expert for both clients and internal stakeholders.
• Continuously pursue learning to enhance commercial and operational effectiveness.
• Strong ownership mindset with a willingness to be accountable for revenue and performance metrics.
• Commercially driven with a sales-focused approach.

• Proficient in Salesforce/CRM and disciplined in data management practices.
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to follow-through and execution discipline.
• Ability to balance partner advocacy with Zippy's business priorities.
• Experience in tech-forward, mortgage, fintech, or enablement sectors is preferred.
• Familiarity with SaaS and the ability to communicate product value is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the manufactured housing industry is a plus.
