📋 Description

• Cultivate and Maintain Relationships with Prospects: Oversee a designated portfolio of distributor prospects, aiming to establish long-term, trust-based connections that position commonsku as their preferred choice when they are ready to proceed.

• Execute Organized and Personalized Outreach: Utilize HubSpot to manage your relationships effectively and ensure that every contact with prospects is purposeful.

• Deliver Value in Every Interaction: Provide content that truly benefits your audience.

• Engage Where Distributors Are Active: Be visible and proactive in the environments where distributors engage.

• Transition Warm Relationships to the Account Executive Team: As trust strengthens and prospects indicate readiness, you will transfer those rich, relationship-driven conversations to our Account Executive team.

• Monitor Social Conversations: Keep track of discussions happening across LinkedIn, Facebook, and the skummunity Forum.

• Contribute to the Social + Content Engine: You will be on the front lines daily, understanding what distributors are inquiring about, what resonates with them, and what their needs are.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the promotional products sector, whether in a distributorship, supplier, or service provider, fueled by a deep passion for the industry.

• At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or sales-related role across any industry, demonstrating a strong commercial acumen.

• Exceptional Communication Skills: You possess natural communication abilities in all formats.

• Proficient in Content Curation: You can analyze extensive content and identify the specific paragraph, statistic, or insight that will resonate with distributor prospects.

• Social Media Proficiency: As a digital native, you have organically grown your LinkedIn following.

• Experience with CRM Tools: You are familiar with using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce for managing outreach.

• Familiarity with AI Tools: You have utilized or explored AI tools and automation in both your professional and personal life to enhance your efficiency.
