This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
⢠Develop and execute a yearly community engagement strategy that aligns with the organization's growth and fundraising objectives.
⢠Foster and sustain relationships with churches, healthcare providers, businesses, educational institutions, civic groups, nonprofit collaborators, and community leaders.
⢠Represent The Source at various networking events, ministry fairs, health fairs, chamber activities, and community gatherings.
⢠Conduct presentations and offer educational opportunities to raise awareness about The Source's services and mission.
⢠Collaborate with Clinic Directors to pinpoint outreach opportunities that enhance access to care.
⢠Achieve an annual fundraising target through sponsorships, third-party events, community collaborations, and donor engagement activities.
⢠Identify potential individual, corporate, church, and foundation partners and connect qualified prospects with the Development team.
⢠Cultivate and nurture community relationships that lead to sponsorships, event participation, volunteer involvement, and charitable contributions.
⢠Recruit table hosts, sponsors, and participants for fundraising events and campaigns.
⢠Collaborate with development leaders on opportunities for donor cultivation and stewardship.
⢠Establish and enhance referral partnerships with healthcare providers, educational institutions, pregnancy resource organizations, social service agencies, and community entities.
⢠Monitor referral activities and partnership engagements using Salesforce.
⢠Expand outreach efforts into underserved communities.
⢠Recruit volunteers and community ambassadors while supporting volunteer appreciation programs.
⢠Coordinate outreach activities in alignment with Development, Marketing, Operations, and Clinic Leadership.
⢠Share insights on community intelligence, partnership possibilities, and prospect information to bolster fundraising initiatives.
⢠Participate in major annual fundraising events in Houston and Austin.
⢠Support interdepartmental collaboration to enhance organizational cohesion and mission achievement.
⢠Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field is preferred.
⢠At least three years of experience in community engagement, relationship management, business development, nonprofit fundraising, healthcare outreach, or sales.
⢠Proven track record of building strategic relationships and partnerships.
⢠Experience in fundraising, sponsorship development, or donor cultivation is preferred.
⢠Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
⢠Exceptional written, verbal, and public speaking abilities.
⢠Strong organizational and project management competencies.
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is preferred.
⢠Willingness to travel regularly within the designated service area.
⢠Availability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

⢠Salary range of $50,000 - $57,500.
