This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Establish and nurture relationships with community-based organizations, service providers, educational institutions, faith-based groups, coalitions, and local stakeholders to enhance partnerships and improve member outcomes.
• Act as the organization's representative at community events, health fairs, meetings, coalitions, conferences, and stakeholder forums.
• Identify collaborative opportunities that align with the organization's priorities, health outcome goals, and population health strategies.
• Function as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to address community needs and enhance access to services.
• Develop and implement outreach strategies that promote awareness of member benefits, preventive services, and community resources.
• Utilize knowledge of public health principles and social determinants of health to identify barriers affecting members and communities.
• Monitor community trends, disparities, and emerging needs to guide outreach priorities and organizational strategy.
• Accurately record outreach activities, events, referrals, and partnership engagement in QuickBase or other tracking systems.
• Ensure precise data entry to maintain the integrity of records and reporting.
• Deliver presentations to community groups in alignment with current approved communications and marketing plans as well as state regulations.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in community outreach, engagement, public health/community health, healthcare, marketing, or partnership development.
• Residency in the state of Oklahoma is required.
• Proven experience in building relationships with community organizations, stakeholders, or external partners.
• Familiarity with data entry, reporting systems, or database tools is essential.
• A Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Bilingual skills are preferred based on community needs.
