Community Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Convert qualitative insights from customers and prospects into actionable quantitative data within our CRM to enhance the depth and quality of our community relationships.

• Design a scalable framework for relationship tagging that strikes a balance between in-depth insights and user-friendliness across teams.

• Actively identify and rectify Salesforce data gaps, collaborating with the sales team to drive sustainable improvements in data quality.

• Take ownership of the creation and ongoing management of essential databases, ensuring data is accurately entered, organized, and readily available for activation.

• Manage the integration of data across multiple platforms (e.g., ensuring that relationship and network data in Polinode aligns with and is enriched by information in Salesforce and other tools).

• Assess current workflows and spearhead initiatives to automate or streamline inefficiencies.

• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation to aid team scalability.

• Assist leadership in fostering a network where relationships are actively nurtured rather than merely tracked.

• Map and sustain relationship data across individuals, companies, and consultants to uncover connection opportunities and referral pathways.

• Perform Relationship Gap Analysis to identify unknown and dormant relationships in the network and initiate re-engagement workflows to strengthen community ties for leadership.

• Monitor market intelligence such as RFP activity and procurement cycles that create strategic value throughout the network.

• Support leadership in pinpointing community gaps, momentum, or untapped potential.

• Analyze engagement patterns across the network to assist leadership in prioritizing where to allocate time and relationship investment.

• Create reports that keep leadership informed on referral exchanges, pending opportunities, and follow-up needs.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in a role focused on relationship management, strategic partnerships, network development, or a related field.

• Proficient in Salesforce and data visualization tools.

• Analytical mindset with a proven history of enhancing systems rather than merely managing them.

• A genuine curiosity about people, networks, and how relationships influence business outcomes.
