Community Coordinator, Multiple Languages

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and engage a diverse group of users (ages 20-70) from underrepresented communities, ensuring an equitable gender balance of 50:50.

• Facilitate training sessions to familiarize users with the project and their responsibilities.

• Assist users in onboarding by guiding them through the installation of the Karya app, completing profile tasks, and recording initial sample audio tasks.

• Support users in the recording process.

• Ensure that users comply with task guidelines (e.g., preventing multiple IDs for a single individual).

• Aid users in accurately entering their information (language, PIN code, etc.) into the platform.

• Provide continuous support to users to help them complete tasks and resolve any issues they may encounter.

• Must possess extensive connections in the relevant language/s.

• Age requirement is between 18-55 years.

• Must have access to an Android smartphone.

• Capable of training and managing multiple users simultaneously.

• Proficient in using Excel and other Google tools.
