This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Investigate pertinent discussions, inquiries, and user needs on platforms like Reddit and Quora
• Craft high-quality posts, comments, and responses that deliver genuine value to users
• Oversee Think Academy’s subreddit, encompassing content strategy, posting, engagement, and moderation
• Foster relationships and sustain a credible presence within relevant communities
• Monitor content performance and proactively seek out new growth opportunities
• Identify and assess emerging online communities that align with Think Academy’s target demographics, analyze each community's culture, user behavior, content norms, and participation guidelines, and create tailored engagement strategies
• A minimum of one year of direct experience in managing Reddit and Quora accounts or communities
• Exceptional English writing, editing, and research capabilities
• Strong proficiency in analyzing user intent and audience requirements
• Knowledge of Reddit culture, subreddit regulations, moderation, and engagement best practices
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Strong sense of ownership over projects and outcomes
• Preferred: Experience in managing or developing a branded subreddit
• Preferred: Familiarity with K–12 education or content aimed at parents
• Preferred: Experience with community analytics, organic growth strategies, or SEO
• A 6-month contract with the potential for extension
• Flexible remote work arrangement
