Community Business Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee regional Business Development initiatives and manage the sales pipeline for designated accounts and areas.

• Cultivate relationships and represent UZURV throughout your region.

• Act as the 'face of UZURV' at advocacy groups, trade exhibitions, and industry commissions.

• Identify and secure contracts with local human service organizations, senior living facilities, non-profits, and others facing transportation challenges or needs.

• Prioritize building long-lasting partnerships with entities like senior centers, disability advocacy groups, and local non-profits to broaden UZURV's network.

• Actively engage with community stakeholders to pinpoint specific mobility gaps and provide transportation solutions that improve accessibility.

• Assist in setting up accounts on UZURV’s new product platform, ensuring a smooth transition from agreement to active service.

• Conduct post-implementation evaluations to foster relationships with newly onboarded partners, ensuring service quality aligns with contract specifications and identifying opportunities for further growth.

• Utilize Salesforce to monitor and report on regional performance and local stakeholders, ensuring the team achieves growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Business Development, Community Relations, or Human Services.

• Familiarity with the local Phoenix area.

• Strong relationship-building skills.

• Driven by purpose.

• Experienced and knowledgeable.

• Highly organized.

• Flexible availability: willing to attend evening meetings or community events as necessary.

• Willing to travel 10% - 15% of the time.
