Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute effective communication strategies that align with project initiatives and organizational goals.

• Produce clear, engaging, and informative content to relay key messages to diverse stakeholders.

• Oversee communication channels to ensure timely and consistent dissemination of information throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that communications are in harmony with project objectives.

• Maintain clarity and consistency in messaging during the course of the change initiative.

• Assist in the development of communication materials and products, including newsletters, announcements, presentations, and FAQs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated experience in producing communication materials and products for previous projects.

• Experience with large-scale communication efforts, ideally related to change management initiatives.

• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.

• Knowledge, interest, and experience in delivering communications tied to cloud technology initiatives (preferred).

• Experience in Technical Writing (preferred).
