This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design and implement communication strategies to support enterprise healthcare modernization efforts.
• Produce executive briefings, newsletters, implementation updates, presentations, fact sheets, FAQs, and various other communication materials.
• Prepare communications for stakeholders that assist with system deployments, organizational readiness, and technology adoption.
• Work collaboratively with Organizational Change Management, Training, and Program Management teams to ensure uniform messaging across all project activities.
• Compose executive correspondence, leadership talking points, customer announcements, and internal communications.
• Organize communication schedules, publication calendars, and distribution plans for project outputs.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement activities by creating communication products for meetings, workshops, demonstrations, and outreach events.
• Review, edit, and proofread communication materials to guarantee consistency, accuracy, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Evaluate communication effectiveness and stakeholder feedback while suggesting enhancements to communication strategies.
• Preserve communication documentation, templates, branding standards, and content repositories throughout the project lifecycle.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years of experience in developing communications for enterprise technology, healthcare, or government programs.
• Outstanding written, verbal, editing, and presentation abilities with a talent for conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Proven experience in creating executive presentations, newsletters, communication plans, and materials for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable communication and content development tools is preferred.
• Understanding of Organizational Change Management (OCM), stakeholder engagement, and technology adoption initiatives is preferred.
• Experience with VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred.
• Excellent organizational capabilities with the capacity to handle multiple communication priorities simultaneously.
