Senior Manager – Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Play a vital role in defining our communication approach and enhancing awareness and adoption of Solventum’s Transform for the Future initiative.

• Act as the main communications partner for the Transformation Management Office.

• Assist in converting complex transformation priorities into clear and actionable communication strategies.

• Lead the planning and implementation of communication strategies that bolster enterprise transformation efforts.

• Oversee integrated communication plans across various transformation initiatives.

• Develop and manage audience segmentation, messaging, channels, and timelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure clear and coordinated communication for significant programs and milestones.

• Create high-quality content, including leadership messages, presentations, FAQs, intranet materials, newsletters, and talking points.

• Monitor communication effectiveness through engagement data, feedback, and qualitative insights.

• Assist in governance processes to guarantee alignment and consistency across transformation communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in communications, public relations, journalism, business, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in corporate communications or change communications.

• Demonstrated experience in supporting large-scale transformation or enterprise change initiatives.

• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and simplify complex topics into clear communications.

• Certification in Prosci or an equivalent change management platform is preferred.

• Exceptional writing and storytelling abilities, with the skill to distill complex concepts.

• A strategic thinker capable of executing and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.

• Experience in managing multiple priorities and deadlines across large initiatives.

• High degree of judgment, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Capability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a steady, solutions-focused approach.

• Experience in healthcare, medtech, or regulated industries is an advantage.
