Senior Employee Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist employees in comprehending the strategy, adapting to change, and recognizing how their roles contribute to our collective success.

• Facilitate functional communications by providing clear, actionable messages linked to business objectives and initiatives.

• Cultivate trusted relationships with stakeholders and help formulate communication strategies that foster alignment, understanding, and action.

• Collaborate across various functions, regions, and communications teams to ensure message consistency and share best practices.

• Advocate for the Stryker brand by consistently applying brand standards across all communications.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in communications-related roles is necessary.

• Outstanding writing and editing skills with attention to detail; knowledge of AP Style is preferred (a writing assessment will be conducted).

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office 365 applications is essential.

• Familiarity with communication tools and platforms is advantageous (such as SharePoint, Viva Engage, Marketo, or other email marketing tools).
