Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Transform communication strategies into actionable activities and implementation plans.

• Facilitate communication initiatives across various functions and regions.

• Ensure uniformity in messaging and brand application while meeting deadlines for outputs.

• Create, write, and edit content for websites, social media platforms, newsletters, and other communication channels.

• Tailor content for diverse audiences and coordinate input from technical experts.

• Oversee production and publication processes alongside Digital, Content, and Design teams.

• Manage the daily execution of communication projects and campaigns.

• Develop work plans, timelines, and briefs; track progress and follow up on tasks.

• Identify obstacles, suggest solutions, and maintain project tracking systems.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, regional staff, and subject matter experts.

• Contribute to editorial planning and foster collaboration within communication teams.

• Cultivate relationships with regional staff, subject matter experts, and Digital, Content, and Design teams.

• Independently manage communication projects and campaigns from initiation to completion.

• Actively participate in editorial planning and seek out new communication opportunities.

• Enhance collaboration and consistency across regional and global communication functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, International Relations, or a similar field.

• Have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in communications, including digital communication, preferably in international, sustainability, or development sectors.

• Demonstrated experience in creating content across various platforms and managing communication projects involving multiple stakeholders.

• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills.

• Excellent stakeholder management and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive and results-driven attitude.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Capable of working independently while effectively collaborating within multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.

• A Master’s degree is not required.

• Additional languages are not mandatory.
