Communications Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop, plan, write, and distribute social media content for Cynet Health, Cynet Locums, Cynet Systems, and Cynet Health Canada.

• Create captivating post copy and content for LinkedIn and Facebook, prioritizing LinkedIn as the main platform.

• Foster community engagement on LinkedIn by interacting with comments, participating in relevant discussions, connecting with industry leaders, and enhancing meaningful engagement.

• Manage and uphold the content calendar across all brand pages.

• Strategize content around campaigns, awareness events, and significant industry moments.

• Write compelling opening lines and engagement-driven post copy.

• Collaborate with in-house graphic designers by offering creative direction for graphics and videos.

• Oversee and respond to reviews on Glassdoor, Indeed, and Google.

• Analyze engagement metrics and leverage insights to enhance content performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2+ years of practical experience in creating and publishing social media content, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook.

• A portfolio showcasing authored posts and campaigns that exhibit strong hooks, a distinct brand voice, and measurable engagement.

• Demonstrated ability to adjust tone and messaging across various brand pages and audiences.

• Solid understanding of LinkedIn best practices and community building techniques.

• Experience in healthcare, staffing, or recruitment communications is preferred.

• Exceptional written English skills with a keen sense of brand voice and tone.

• Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a multi-brand calendar with minimal supervision.

• Must be available to work night shifts to accommodate US operational hours.
