Communications Manager – Product & Partnership

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategy and execution of communications for all product launches and updates, which includes developing messaging, creating a press strategy, and ensuring internal alignment.

• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing teams to grasp technical roadmaps and translate them into straightforward external narratives.

• Oversee the complete partner PR process, from crafting messaging and materials to conducting cross-functional reviews and devising press strategies.

• Work alongside Cyera's PR agencies to implement impactful media programs.

• Manage select relationships with journalists and handle day-to-day media interactions.

• Assist in executive communications by providing talking points and recommending leadership positioning for product- and partner-specific occasions.

• Monitor and report on product- and partner-specific media coverage, insights, and engagement metrics.

• Leverage data to enhance future campaigns and outreach strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B technology communications, with a solid background in product PR and/or partner marketing; experience in security is an advantage.

• Capability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear and effective messaging.

• Comprehensive understanding of the enterprise landscape and the media ecosystem.

• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external PR agencies in a dynamic, high-growth setting.

• Proficiency in managing multiple launches, deadlines, and partner requirements simultaneously, combined with strong project management abilities.

• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with comfort in switching between press releases, executive LinkedIn posts, and media talking points.
