This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Assist in the implementation of essential communication strategies for the CX team.
• Develop, oversee, and disseminate communications with stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Craft talking points, presentations, organizational announcements, social media posts, and digital content.
• Oversee the CX Communications Editorial Calendar.
• Collaborate on audience growth initiatives across video, social media, newsletters, paid channels, and emerging platforms.
• Conduct market research and track industry trends.
• Create executive content, including bylines, social media posts, and event presentations.
• Identify key audiences and effective channels for communication.
• Monitor and measure executive communications programs and initiatives.
• Prepare messaging documents and briefing materials.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery trackers.
• Manage marketing calendars, campaign materials, and project schedules.
• Generate content and fulfill ad hoc requests as needed.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a communications role, preferably in technology or a B2B setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple, competing priorities effectively.
• Outstanding writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort in working with performance data and reporting tools.
• Experience supporting various strategic priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Genuine interest and enthusiasm for podcasts, vodcasts, storytelling, and digital media.
• Background in integrated communications, ideally within a technology firm or agency.
• High level of AI fluency and proficiency in using technology to innovate processes.
• Capability to communicate technical information, data, and results clearly.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive and anticipatory mindset with strong judgment and discretion.
• Proven track record of enhancing effectiveness by establishing objectives and promoting accountability.
