This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement Aspirion's internal communications strategy along with the enterprise communications calendar.

• Compose and disseminate company-wide communications, executive announcements, Town Hall presentations, and People Team updates.

• Collaborate with executive leaders to craft messages that convey business priorities, organizational changes, and strategic goals.

• Oversee Aspirinet by generating engaging content, maintaining resources, and enhancing the teammate experience continuously.

• Develop communication toolkits for managers to ensure consistent messaging across various departments and service lines.

• Spearhead communication strategies for People initiatives, encompassing policy updates, organizational modifications, engagement surveys, benefits communication, and other enterprise programs.

• Organize and promote teammate engagement activities, including engagement surveys, recognition programs, appreciation events, and culture campaigns.

• Direct and enhance Aspirion's recognition program by crafting communications, encouraging participation, and celebrating teammate accomplishments.

• Discover and narrate compelling stories that highlight teammates, business achievements, customer impact, and company milestones.

• Evaluate communication effectiveness through engagement metrics, participation statistics, and teammate feedback, leveraging insights for ongoing communication enhancements.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience in internal communications, employee communications, corporate communications, employee engagement, or a similar field.

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication capabilities.

• Proven experience in creating executive-level communications and presentation materials.

• Strong project management competencies with the capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently.

• Background in developing communication plans for organizational initiatives and change management processes.

• Excellent editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft 365, PowerPoint, SharePoint or intranet platforms, and Microsoft Teams.

• Ability to foster trusted relationships across all organizational levels while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
