Common Cloud Environment Support Lead – Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Responsible for leading a team consisting of Cloud Architects, System Administrators, System Engineers, and Technical Project Managers.

• Oversees the implementation, management, and administration of all Common Cloud Environment (C2E) customer projects within AWS/Azure.

• Evaluates all Service Level Agreements (SLA), Addendums, and cost estimates for customer projects.

• Acts as the primary point of contact for C2E customers concerning operational issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.

• Background in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical field.

• Experience in Common Cloud Environment (C2E) Program Management.

• Professional Project Management (PMP) Certification or DAWIA Level III in Program Management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proven experience in effectively managing multiple large-scale projects.
