This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the effective initiation, testing, verification, and transfer of inverter systems in the field.
• Ensures that inverters and their associated balance-of-system components are installed, configured, and functioning in accordance with technical specifications, safety standards, and performance criteria.
• Collaborates closely with project managers, installation teams, customers, and engineering groups to facilitate smooth project implementation.
• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline; or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 3 years of experience with power electronics, solar inverters, energy storage inverters, UPS systems, VFDs, or comparable equipment.
• Practical experience in electrical commissioning, troubleshooting, and high-voltage operations (up to 1,500 V DC and LV/MV AC).
• Strong knowledge of: AC/DC power systems
• Three-phase systems
• Protection relays and grounding schemes
• Modbus/TCP, Ethernet, CAN, and other communication protocols
• Capability to interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and control logic.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% as necessary.
