📋 Description

• Identify and engage with qualified candidates utilizing various sourcing techniques

• Collaborate closely with clients to clarify hiring requirements and expectations

• Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach through to the offer stage

• Maintain clear and professional communication with both candidates and clients

• Continuously build and sustain a pipeline of active talent

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or a related role

• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and digital sourcing tools

• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

• Capable of managing multiple vacancies independently

• Organized, proactive, and focused on achieving goals

• Professional proficiency in English, both spoken and written
