Commission Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation, calculation, and distribution of monthly and quarterly variable compensation payouts for various international teams.

• Support the field organization by addressing intricate compensation inquiries with a highly customer-focused approach.

• Administer dynamic incentive modifications, including the management of strategic SPIFF plans that have been approved by leadership.

• Supervise the compensation management platform, ensuring complete accuracy of data tables, reporting metrics, and calculation methodologies.

• Collaborate directly with leadership and internal audit teams to provide current performance metrics and uphold compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing or supporting variable compensation and incentive-based plans, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.

• Advanced skills in managing large datasets using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

• Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines while managing requests both laterally and upward.

• Exceptional communication skills that facilitate collaboration with stakeholders across all organizational levels.

• Experience with specialized incentive compensation management platforms, with a strong preference for Everstage.

• Familiarity with major CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
