This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• The Commercial Territory Manager is responsible for achieving and surpassing quarterly sales targets.
• This role involves developing new opportunities within designated geographical areas.
• Conducting research to identify potential accounts is essential.
• Engaging in outbound cold calling to solicit new accounts and building strong relationships is key.
• Providing technical information and detailed explanations is expected.
• Delivering presentations via Webex is part of the role.
• Preparing precise and accurate quotes is required.
• Monthly and quarterly sales forecasting must be provided accurately.
• Presenting territory reviews quarterly and outlining plans for the upcoming quarter is necessary.
• Keeping job knowledge current by studying new product descriptions and engaging in educational opportunities is important.
• Achieving departmental and organizational goals by taking ownership of new and diverse requests is expected.
• Exploring ways to enhance job accomplishments is encouraged.
• Evaluating competitors by analyzing and summarizing relevant information and trends is part of the job.
• Responsible for closing new business, providing monthly and quarterly sales activity forecasts, and managing annual revenue responsibilities.
• May undertake additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management from time to time.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is necessary.
• A proven track record of revenue responsibility and past successes is essential.
• Demonstrated sales skills and a history of success are required.
• Strong prospecting and closing abilities are necessary.
• Experience in territory management is key.
• Accurate forecasting skills are required.
• Strong presentation skills are necessary for this role.
• The ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are required.
• Proficiency in utilizing internal resources efficiently is necessary.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and Microsoft Products are important.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technology sales is required.
• Prior experience selling services related to technology or software products is highly desirable.
• Skills in client base management, technical understanding, relationship building, and interpersonal skills are crucial.
• Experience with CRM, customer focus, professionalism, and a motivation for sales is needed.
• Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods is necessary.
• Some travel may be required, including occasional attendance at regional events.
