Commercial Specification Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead specification sales by strategically engaging with M&E consultants, specifiers, and crucial stakeholders within the commercial building services sector throughout the South of England.

• Advocate for ADEY’s commercial product lineup and ensure their inclusion in project specifications.

• Assist throughout the entire sales process from design to installation.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with M&E consultants, specifiers, and design engineers.

• Achieve specification of ADEY Commercial products in both new build and retrofit initiatives.

• Conduct CPD presentations and provide technical training to consultants and design teams.

• Work collaboratively with internal sales and technical teams to facilitate project delivery and ensure specification compliance.

• Track regional market trends, competitor actions, and project development pipelines.

• Keep precise CRM records and deliver regular updates.

• Represent ADEY at industry events, exhibitions, and networking gatherings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Established experience in specification sales within the commercial HVAC, water treatment, or building services industry.

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial heating systems and water quality.

• Proven capability to create non-breakable specifications and contribute to plant room design, ensuring compliance and performance.

• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.

• Self-driven, capable of working independently and managing a regional territory.

• Valid UK driving license.

• Existing connections within M&E consultancy firms in the South of England (preferred).

• Familiarity with BIM, CIBSE guidelines, and pertinent building regulations (preferred).

• Experience in delivering CPDs and technical seminars (preferred).
