This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Develop and sustain an in-depth knowledge of the complete Semrush technology portfolio and its competitive environment.
• Serve as a thought leader for the sales team and a technical authority on strategic client partnerships across various industry sectors.
• Collaborate with executives, product teams, sales personnel, and other senior-level decision-makers.
• Provide expert guidance on technical concepts with strong capabilities in API, IT operations, security, and processes.
• Proficient in addressing technical data inquiries from clients and prospects.
• Foster an environment conducive to ongoing strategic customer success.
• Work closely with key client executive decision-makers on product evaluations and proofs of concept to ensure solutions/products align with client goals.
• Actively support other sales teams in pre/post-sales engineering duties.
• Conduct high-level discovery sessions with clients.
• Facilitate internal training, prepare and conduct demonstrations, host webinars and events with clients, and engage with other Semrush teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Pre/post-Sales or Sales Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred B.S. degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited college/university, or equivalent experience.
• A professional who takes pride in being an industry expert.
• Experience in SaaS or DaaS environments is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and comfort in client interactions.
• Experience in implementing software products or solutions for large and dynamic enterprise companies.
• Ability to excel in a highly dynamic team environment focused on delivering above-industry-standard customer service.
