Commercial Solutions Engineer

📋 Description

• Work closely with Account Executives to comprehend customer needs and create tailored technical solutions.

• Deliver engaging demonstrations and impactful Proof of Values (PoVs) to effectively highlight the benefits of the CodeRabbit platform.

• Assist in addressing security questionnaires.

• Consistently provide feedback and collaborate across departments with product and engineering teams to resolve customer issues, focusing on enhancing the product experience.

• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI-driven development tools and platforms.

• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools and the documentation of playbooks, guides, and best practices.

• Facilitate the transition from pre-sales to post-sales to guarantee a seamless customer onboarding process.

• Over 2 years of experience in a customer-facing technical position.

• Enthusiastic and proactive in assisting customers to achieve success on the CodeRabbit platform.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple customer demands concurrently.

• Practical experience with software development tools and platforms.

• Proficient in using the command line.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• A strong sense of ownership, self-motivation, and a desire to learn new skills and tackle new challenges.

• Willingness to elevate the knowledge and skills of colleagues through mentorship, training, and shadowing.

• Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform), and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions).
