This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Develop and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the entire Semrush technology portfolio along with the competitive landscape.
• Act as a thought leader for the sales team and serve as a technical authority on strategic client relationships across diverse industry sectors.
• Collaborate with executives, product teams, sales personnel, and other senior decision-makers.
• Promote a culture of ongoing strategic customer success.
• Partner closely with key client executives on product evaluations and proof of concepts to ensure that solutions/products align with client objectives.
• Conduct internal training sessions, prepare and deliver demos, host webinars and events for clients, and engage with other Semrush teams.
• Over 5 years of experience in Technical Pre/post-Sales or Sales Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited institution preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) or Data as a Service (DaaS) environments is essential.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to comfortably interact with clients.
• Proven experience in implementing software products or solutions for large and dynamic enterprise organizations.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment that prioritizes delivering above-industry-standard customer service.
