📋 Description

• Assist the sales team in acquiring and expanding business opportunities

• Ensure prompt and precise management of quotes and orders

• Contribute to delivering a positive and professional customer experience

• Aid in enhancing efficiency and quality in daily operations

• Prepare and oversee customer quotations and orders

• Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding commercial matters

• Follow up on proposals alongside the sales team to facilitate order conversion

• Monitor deliveries and proactively address any issues

• Provide commercial coordination support to key customers

• Maintain accurate information in CRM/ERP systems

• Address customer inquiries and complaints with a solution-focused approach

• Background in sales support, inside sales, or customer service

• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus

• Organized, dependable, and proactive

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented setting

• Proficient in MS Office and business systems

• Languages: Romanian (native), English (professional proficiency)
