
Commercial Sales Support – Spain & Southern Europe

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Cultivating and managing existing business relationships throughout Spain and Southern Europe for the Bio-Techne portfolio.
• Accountable for customer follow-ups, quote and order assistance, account coordination, and fostering customer engagement.
• Involvement in select customer visits, seminars, and account development initiatives in Spain.
• Provide support for sales orders, quote processing, customer follow-ups, and CRM/database tasks.
• Manage both inbound and outbound customer communications through various channels.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Technical Support, Account Managers, and Field Application Specialists.
• Assist in customized commercial projects aimed at boosting revenue and enhancing customer experience.
• Engage in customer visits, local events, and coordinate local interactions around key accounts.
• Address customer inquiries regarding RNAscope and associated workflows.
• Proficient in both Spanish and English.
• Located in Spain or willing to travel frequently within the country.
• Background in customer care, sales support, inside sales, commercial support, or a customer-facing commercial setting.
• Proven capability to thrive in a target-driven and commercially oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence in engaging customers, both remotely and in-person.
• Strong IT proficiency, including familiarity with CRM/database systems, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities, follow up accurately, and meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work autonomously while maintaining close ties with the broader commercial team.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline is preferred.
• A scientific background in biology, molecular biology, pathology, immunology, oncology, neuroscience, or a related life science field is advantageous.
• An MSc, PhD, or prior research experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience with academic, biotech, pharma, CRO, pathology, or core facility clients is a plus.
• Familiarity with RNAscope, in situ hybridization, IHC, spatial biology, transcriptomics, imaging, or tissue-based research workflows is highly desirable.
• Prior experience in a hybrid commercial or customer-facing role would be advantageous.
