This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +1 more state.
• Meet quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
• Build and sustain an active pipeline of both new and existing accounts, focusing on opportunities to achieve quotas and maintain healthy margins through our solutions sales approach.
• Oversee the sales process by gaining a thorough understanding of decision-makers, necessary actions, and timelines required to close deals and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
• Foster and maintain robust relationships with both potential and existing clients, acting as a program partner, delivering outstanding service, and adding value in every interaction.
• Generate value around our comprehensive range of offerings, including products (AEDs & accessories and first aid), solutions (program management and medical direction), and training (CPR/AED, active shooter, etc.) to boost sales and enhance loyalty and retention.
• Present a cohesive turnkey solution to prospects and customers.
• Inform customers and prospects about our solutions, focusing not only on features and benefits but also on the "big why" (saving lives).
• Cultivate and sustain a strong working relationship with our training and program management teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up with a high level of customer service.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and an understanding of regulations related to AEDs.
• Recognize industry trends and relevant competitive information, providing feedback and insights to the company.
• Continuously prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet objectives.
• Regularly engage with sales leadership to stay informed about pipeline progress, discuss challenges and opportunities, negotiate sales and contracts, and ensure the appropriate strategic direction.
• Accurately and timely complete all administrative responsibilities, including order processing, CRM updates, expense reports, and any other required documentation or reporting as requested by sales leadership.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, along with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
• Perform other tasks or activities as necessary to achieve individual, departmental, or company objectives, or as assigned.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant sales experience, including selling comprehensive solutions in the commercial sector.
• Proven track record of consistent and successful sales performance.
• Experience in multi-touch point and conceptual selling is preferred.
• Must be insurable and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Willingness and ability to travel (by car or air, including day trips and overnight stays) up to 50% of the time.
• Demonstrated capability to think creatively and strategically to meet customer needs.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer service abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, and/or Google Suite, with the ability to quickly learn new technology/software programs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Proven capacity to exercise sound independent judgment.
• Curious, driven to succeed, and willing to ask thoughtful questions and challenge the status quo.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment that requires multitasking.
• Demonstrated ability to positively manage working relationships.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team setting.
