This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Serve as a strategic bridge between the company and its customers.

• Help prepare visit and sales documentation.
• Adhere to a predetermined schedule for visits.
• Maintain ongoing communication with commercial oversight.
• Uphold ethical standards and align with the company's commercial policies.
• Organize and implement routines for client visits and prospecting activities.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and finalize sales with a moderate level of autonomy.
• Develop tailored commercial proposals.
• Oversee an active client portfolio and discover new opportunities.
• Collect and report on market and competitor data.
• Ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance metrics.
• Deliver well-structured sales presentations.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and retention rates.
• Record and refresh data in the CRM and other sales systems.
• Formulate strategies for market growth.
• Support marketing efforts and product launches.
• Compile performance and results reports.
• Provide post-sale assistance and resolve issues.
• Represent the company at trade shows and events.
• Recommend enhancements to sales and customer service workflows.
• High school diploma.
• Completed or in-progress university degree.
• Completed university degree; postgraduate education is preferred.
• Experience in consultative sales, commercial representation, and complex negotiations.
• Basic understanding of digital tools.
• Proficient in using CRM, spreadsheets, and presentation software.
• Advanced skills in analytics tools and CRM.
