This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide administrative support and foster relationships for the Commercial Banking team throughout the loan closing and relationship management process.
• Execute loan preparation, review, documentation, and funding while also offering deposit assistance.
• Aid Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers in overseeing and managing the ongoing life of loan portfolios.
• Manage clients' financial reporting and examine reports for correct entries in bank systems.
• Collaborate with team members to address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage directly with business customers, external counsel, and business partners to meet their needs, resolve issues, and deliver excellent customer service.
• Coordinate all facets of necessary loan documentation and due diligence for loan closings.
• Review loan documents for precision, finalize loans with clients, and liaise with Commercial Loan Services and external counsel.
• Maintain client portfolios and process daily transactions according to customer requests.
• Analyze collateral and financial reports, rectifying discrepancies with clients.
• Gather overdue financial and legal documentation while ensuring accurate portfolio reporting.
• Provide customer support for fraud, overdrafts, wire issues, and various service requests.
• Act as a liaison among operations/support departments, Commercial Banking teams, and customers.
• Offer backup support to team members and actively contribute to projects, training, and process improvements.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Business.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Finance.
• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Accounting.
• 2-4 years of banking or office experience with knowledge of banking products, services, procedures, and practices, as well as loan documentation expertise.
• Preferred understanding of loan documentation, monitoring, and closing related to Commercial Banking.
• Experience with Ambit Commercial Lending System, CoreBank, SalesPro, and Stucky is advantageous.
• Must authentically represent yourself and your experiences during the recruitment and hiring process.
• A thorough background check is required.
• Compliance with applicable enterprise policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, is mandatory.
• Responsible for reporting suspicious activity, customer complaints, procedural violations, and ethical concerns as necessary.
