Commercial Quality Assurance – Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality assurance criteria that enhance the claims process.

• Oversee and assess quality assurance evaluations for all commercial and business auto lines.

• Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements, internal policies, and established quality standards.

• Conduct thorough analyses of processes, documentation, and control mechanisms.

• Assist with quality reviews mandated by state regulatory bodies.

• Identify issues and promote effective solutions in a results-driven manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ability to perform essential functions such as seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking, with or without accommodations.

• Must obtain and maintain the necessary licenses issued by state insurance departments.

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.

• Proficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to learn and implement extensive technical and procedural information.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills are required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial auto claims, including recent supervisory or auditing roles.

• Preferred exposure to various claim types, such as cargo, hazardous materials, and casualty claims.
