Commercial Quality Assurance – Technical Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish quality assurance criteria that enhance the claims process.

• Oversee and assess quality assurance evaluations for commercial and business auto lines.

• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards, internal policies, and established quality benchmarks.

• Execute in-depth analyses of processes, documentation, and control measures.

• Assist with regulatory quality reviews requested by state authorities.

• Recognize and facilitate effective, solution-oriented outcomes.

• Operate both independently and as part of a team.

• Acquire and utilize technical and procedural knowledge effectively.

• Keep up-to-date with necessary state insurance department licenses.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial auto casualty, cargo, or hazmat claims.

• Prior claim handling experience is acceptable if currently in an analyst position.

• Preferred experience across various claim types.

• Must obtain and retain the required licenses issued by state insurance departments.

• Capability to perform essential job functions with or without accommodation, including seeing, hearing, typing, and speaking.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team setting.

• Proficiency in multitasking.

• Capacity to learn and apply extensive technical and procedural information.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
