Commercial Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis of commercial processes and collaborate with global and local market stakeholders.

• Organize workshops and collect requirements.

• Question local discrepancies and document mutually agreed exceptions.

• Create process maps, process narratives, business rules, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Aid in the transition from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM by evaluating capabilities, identifying gaps, and analyzing business impacts.

• Assess solution demonstrations and clarify requirements with project and platform teams.

• Keep track of decisions, dependencies, exceptions, and maintain requirements traceability.

• Assist in business testing procedures.

• Prepare necessary handover documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in business analysis or process consulting.

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or customer engagement.

• Over 2 years of direct experience with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes.

• Proven experience in at least one Vault CRM discovery, transition, requirements, configuration review, or business-testing project.

• Experience working across various markets and directly with field users and global process owners.

• Extensive experience in process mapping, requirements management, and development of acceptance criteria.

• Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, call planning/reporting, customer follow-up, consent, and access dependencies.

• Experience with BPMN, Agile, Jira/Confluence, or Veeva certifications is an advantage.

• Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
