Commercial Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +6 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the analysis of commercial processes and collaborate with both global and local market stakeholders.

• Conduct workshops, collect requirements, challenge local variations, and document agreed-upon exceptions.

• Create process maps, process narratives, business rules, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Assist in transitioning from Veeva CRM to Vault CRM by evaluating capabilities, identifying gaps, and assessing business impacts.

• Evaluate solution demonstrations and clarify requirements with project and platform teams.

• Keep track of decisions, dependencies, exceptions, and maintain traceability of requirements.

• Aid in business testing and prepare necessary handover documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis or process consulting.

• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial operations or customer engagement.

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience with Salesforce-based Veeva CRM processes.

• Proven experience in at least one Vault CRM discovery, transition, requirements, configuration review, or business-testing project.

• Experience collaborating across multiple markets and engaging directly with field users and global process owners.

• Strong background in process mapping, requirements management, and the development of acceptance criteria.

• Familiarity with segmentation, targeting, call planning/reporting, customer follow-up, consent, and access dependencies.

• Experience with BPMN, Agile methodologies, Jira/Confluence, or Veeva certifications is advantageous.

• Proficiency in German or French is a plus.
