This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Utilize the Ezlynx platform to oversee commercial insurance policies, encompassing quoting, binding, and servicing.

• Conduct training sessions for staff regarding best practices and features of the Ezlynx software.

• Aid in integrating Ezlynx functionalities to enhance insurance workflows and boost productivity.

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve inquiries related to policy management and processing.

• Keep abreast of updates and improvements to the Ezlynx platform and relay pertinent changes to the team.

• Analyze data within the Ezlynx system to identify trends, evaluate performance, and offer actionable insights.

• Ensure adherence to insurance regulations and company policies throughout the policy processing stages.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding commercial policies.

• Demonstrated experience as an Ezlynx user or in a comparable role within the insurance sector.

• Strong comprehension of commercial insurance policies and coverages.

• Excellent technical skills and proficiency in utilizing the Ezlynx platform.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience in training or mentoring others on software platforms is preferred.

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field is advantageous.

• Relevant insurance certifications (e.g., CISR, CPCU) are beneficial.
