• Create comprehensive annual strategic plans aimed at optimizing Pro business in the designated territory, including clear and measurable objectives that align with the strategy.
• Conduct demonstrations for end users including landscapers and municipalities.
• Build and nurture relationships with landscapers and municipalities.
• Allocate over 75% of time engaging with end customers.
• Oversee all aspects of in-field prototype testing for new products.
• Deliver accurate and timely feedback regarding field issues to product management and service teams.
• Spearhead training initiatives for the field team and dealers at major training events or at significant Pro dealers within Pro business categories.
• Enter all necessary data into Salesforce.
• Support the field team and dealers with service, parts, and product availability challenges.
• Identify and relay marketing requirements to the Professional Marketing Manager.
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 5 years of sales experience within a Consumer Goods organization, ideally in Outdoor Power Equipment (OPE).
• Previous experience with Pro Channel end users, such as landscapers and municipalities, is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with independent retailer markets is advantageous.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to influence, develop, and empower team members to achieve objectives collaboratively.
