This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as the operations representative in cross-functional planning initiatives, collaborating closely with regional leadership and product teams. You will ensure that the operational specifics of your territory are thoroughly captured, actively shaping and informing the wider commercial strategies for each of your markets.
• Lead comprehensive planning cycles alongside key stakeholders, grasping every operational nuance of your markets to enhance efficiency across all intersecting areas of planning, product, and execution. Integrate across various models to comprehend and represent the operational capabilities of your territory. You must be adept at conducting detailed scenario planning to address complex "what-if" situations, deriving deep operational insights that connect localized market performance with integrated team strategies.
• Elevate core planning software and methodologies, leveraging modeling expertise to ensure precise forecasting and smooth alignment with corporate strategy.
• Facilitate business optimization initiatives, utilizing your strategic regional insights to transform feedback on local challenges—such as seasonality, events, market dynamics, operational, and infrastructure constraints—into broader cross-functional business processes that secure commercial success.
• Simplify complex operational narratives from regional developments to enhance business review meetings, performing ongoing "performance bridging" to link key metrics to their underlying systemic causes, and subsequently incorporate those insights back into their commercial plans.
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in business planning, demand & supply planning, cross-functional program management, financial planning, or a highly analytical business role, preferably in a fast-paced growth environment.
• In-depth, hands-on expertise in navigating, auditing, and constructing highly detailed models within either enterprise planning platforms or advanced spreadsheet environments.
• The capability to translate complex operational data and technical what-if scenarios into clear, executive-level narratives that drive critical business reviews.
• Proven success operating within a highly matrixed organization, effectively promoting alignment, negotiating priorities, and ensuring cohesive execution across operations, product, finance, and corporate strategy.
