This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor committed opportunities from customer confirmation through the signed agreement and operational transition.
• Create and distribute approved quotes, order forms, agreements, amendments, and other relevant commercial documents.
• Manage customer follow-ups for signatures, required information, and pending documentation.
• Collaborate with internal legal resources on agreement redlines and uphold version control.
• Record pricing, scope, commercial terms, approvals, and exceptions in the CRM and designated repositories.
• Identify stalled transactions, clarify subsequent actions, and escalate any obstacles.
• Keep the renewal calendar updated and initiate renewal workflows prior to contract expiration.
• Collaborate with TAMs on customer health, service scope, renewal strategy, and expansion opportunities.
• Prepare and circulate renewal documents while tracking approval and signature status.
• Monitor renewal risks, unresolved customer requirements, and impending deadlines.
• Accurately transfer executed agreements and customer details into onboarding, billing, licensing, and service-delivery workflows.
• Compare contracted license quantities against usage and deployment data.
• Investigate usage discrepancies and coordinate supplemental agreements, amendments, and true-up documentation.
• Keep records of quantity changes, effective dates, approvals, and subsequent billing or licensing actions.
• Maintain precise CRM data regarding opportunities, agreements, renewals, contracts, and contacts.
• Generate reports on deals, agreement statuses, renewals, overages, aging items, and commercial obstacles.
• Facilitate pipeline, renewal, and revenue forecasting through timely commercial data.
• Develop and sustain templates, checklists, standard operating procedures, and recurring workflows.
• Conduct data quality reviews and rectify incomplete records.
• Coordinate commercial next steps, ownership, due dates, and status updates across teams.
• Aid in the transition from executed sales to customer onboarding.
• Engage in process improvement, reporting automation, and service-scaling initiatives.
• Support business controls, compliance, cost-effective execution, and risk identification.
• A minimum of a 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, deal desk, renewals, contract administration, customer operations, or a similar role.
• Experience in maintaining customer, opportunity, contract, and renewal information within a CRM platform.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, reporting, and business-process documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines, maintain accurate records, and safeguard confidential information.
• Experience in supporting managed services, SaaS, cybersecurity, insurance, technology, or another recurring-revenue business model.
• Familiarity with renewals, usage-based or per-user licensing, overage management, and contract true-ups.
• Experience with CRM reporting, workflow automation, electronic-signature platforms, or contract-management systems.
• Proven experience in coordinating with legal, finance, sales, customer success, and service-delivery teams.
• Knowledge of MDR, MSSP, cybersecurity, or technical service terminology.
