Commercial Operations & Controlling Specialist, SAP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Provide commercial support services within the Technology & Operations sector

• Ensure dependable execution of daily commercial and controlling functions

• Assist in the ongoing operations of the business

• Uphold compliance with internal control and reporting standards

• Oversee customer order controlling and monitoring

• Aid in revenue recognition and preparation for invoicing

• Confirm the completeness and accuracy of commercial data

• Update product transfer prices in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

• Manage cost center controlling, budget monitoring, forecasting, and variance analysis

• Prepare and maintain regular controlling reports

• Assist in monthly closing tasks from a commercial viewpoint

• Support inventory valuation and reconciliation processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in commercial, controlling, or finance support positions

• Proficient in Office 365, particularly Excel, along with knowledge of SAP (modules SD, MM) is essential

• Demonstrated ability to execute recurring operational commercial tasks reliably

• High attention to detail, structured approach, and compliance awareness

• Strong communication abilities for effective coordination with internal stakeholders

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
