Commercial Operations and Organizational Readiness

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Establish, sustain, and consistently enhance the CEERJ Commercial PMO framework

• Oversee the entire spectrum of CEERJ commercial transformation and execution initiatives

• Consolidate priorities, milestones, ownership, risks, and interdependencies across various initiatives

• Provide clarity on sequencing, focus, and resource allocation within the commercial platform

• Ensure disciplined follow-up on agreed actions, decisions, and commitments

• Serve as the PMO owner for CEERJ Organizational Readiness for Tryngolza, responsible for coordinating and promoting organizational preparedness across functions

• Design and manage a structured readiness framework that addresses: ways of working, processes and governance, organizational setup and interfaces, as well as capability and skill readiness

• Collaborate closely with Launch Excellence and other CEERJ functions to align readiness activities, timelines, and expectations

• Ensure a shared understanding of roles, responsibilities, and cross-functional dependencies

• Identify organizational gaps, risks, and interdependencies; drive mitigation actions and timely escalation

• Monitor and communicate readiness progress through clear, executive-ready insights

• Act as a trusted execution partner to the CEERJ Commercial Excellence & Strategy Execution Director

• Support agenda focus, prioritization, and follow-up on strategic and transformational priorities

• Prepare structured updates, dashboards, and decision-ready materials for leadership forums

• Translate complex inputs into clear implications and actionable recommendations

• Engage closely with CEERJ sub-functions to ensure shared understanding and alignment

• Identify misalignments or tensions early and assist in resolution through active listening and perspective-taking

• Resolve conflicts by facilitating balanced trade-offs and practical compromises

• Promote a collaborative, trust-based working environment across the platform

• Temporarily support sub-functions during periods of capacity or capability gaps

• Provide hands-on analytical, project, or coordination support where it delivers the most value

• Adjust scope and focus dynamically in accordance with CEERJ priorities

• Employ a data-driven, insight-oriented approach to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement

• Utilize analytics for prioritization, performance tracking, and informed decision-making

• Transform insights into practical, actionable recommendations

⛳️ Requirements

• University degree

• Prior consulting experience is highly preferred

• Experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry is required

• Experience in supporting or leading organizational transformation, operating model change, or intricate cross-functional programs

• Background in data analytics, insights generation, or performance management

• Strong analytical, structuring, and problem-solving abilities

• Capability to distill complexity into clear narratives

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Strong execution discipline and follow-through

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)
