This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop and oversee a portfolio of strategic clients within the utilities and industrial water sectors.
• Discover new business prospects among existing clients and potential new customers.
• Foster enduring relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Ensure customer retention while driving revenue growth.
• Comprehend clients' operational challenges to recommend appropriate solutions.
• Simplify complex technical issues into clear business advantages.
• Position solutions as key factors for enhancing water quality, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Serve as a reliable point of contact throughout the sales process.
• Assist in the integration and implementation of solutions at client locations.
• Ensure the long-term adoption of implemented technologies.
• Conduct post-deployment follow-ups and identify opportunities for further development.
• Gather client feedback and keep an eye on market trends.
• Contribute to the evolution of product offerings and commercial strategies.
• Engage in defining priorities for commercial development.
• Extensive experience in water treatment, utilities, or industrial sectors.
• Strong grasp of processes associated with drinking water, wastewater, or industrial water treatment systems.
• Familiarity with water quality monitoring principles and microbiological surveillance.
• Proven experience in selling complex technical solutions in B2B or industrial settings.
• Ability to interpret technical data and convert it into operational recommendations.
• Good understanding of industrial environments and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional skills in business development and strategic account management.
• Strong capability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and tenacious.
• Experience with lengthy sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
• Languages: Fluent English is required; fluency in French or German is appreciated.
